Things to do when you're bored and easily amused:

One of these days I'm going to write a book with the above title. Those select few of you who are reading this now get part of a treatment for free:

1. Can you sing the tune and lyrics to "Take Me Out to the Ballgame" out of synch? Try to sing the lyrics one syllable behind the melody. In other words sing the tune as normal starting with the words "me out to the ballgame."
2. Go to a museum and count the number of lightbulbs. Alternatively, go to an art museum and try to discern the order of brush strokes that a painter used--especially fun with Pollack's works.
3. Try to convince someone you're German--or famous in Japan.

Number one is impossible. It would take a lot of practice, anyway (which I guess goes along with the bored/easily amused title). :)
