News!
I haven't posted in a while because the biggest thing in my life of late has been something I couldn't put into writing until now: I've accepted a new job at a different law firm in New York! I handed in my resignation letter today and will finish up on St. Patty's Day, March 17th. I'm taking a week off to be indulgent, go to the gym, go to museums, explore the city, etc. before starting at the new place on March 27th. I'll post more on this later, but it's such a relief to be able to say something that I wanted to write a quick little bit about it now.

Yay! Wonderful! Excellent! What great news! I'm very excited, Nell. :) What you wrote sounded so similar to what I wrote in my blog about a year and a half ago when I was first telling that I was pregnant. ;) Anyway, I can't wait to hear more about the new job. And enjoy that indulgent week off!!
CONGRATULATIONS, darling! I am so happy for you! We must discuss these developments over the phone soon. And how smart of you to finish on St. Patty's day -- ample occasion for celebration and debauchery. So proud of my girl!!!
